Sustainable urban extension. Local Plan support for landowner, then retained by promoter. Extensive modelling of trunk road junction for cumulative impact of developments in A11 corridor. Secured approval following Public Inquiry which was highways focused in relation to Local Highway Authority strategic policy objection albeit that Highways England was in support. Advice on landownership and ransom position linked to previous land disposals and retained land position. Collaborative approach on Neighbourhood Development Plan including attendance at the Examination. Workshops and collaborative design led approach to the planning application.
